Guiltless Sugar Free Chocolate Dipping Sauce YESSSSSSSS!

Guiltless Sugar-Free Chocolate Dipping Sauce OH YEAH!

Hey there Rural Rulers,

Today as part of my Chocolate lover's month series, I wanted to make sure I cover everything on chocolate treats and that means including healthier ways to enjoy these wonderful and tasty treats and desserts.

I just drop a recipe for chocolate-covered strawberries, but it included a recipe that was high in sugar.

I do want to make sure that I do my best to have a healthy way and choices to eat and cook.

So with that being said. Wouldn't it be great to have those chocolate cover strawberries or chocolate-covered anything without the guilt!

Well, I got you covered LOL!.....

What you will need:

1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

2 tablespoons coconut oil

12-16 strawberries

 Skewer or Toothpicks

Wax Paper

Baking sheet or a plate will do too.smiley

  1. Prepare your strawberries by washing and drying them, but make sure leave on their stem for easier grabbing.

  2. Using a microwavable bowl, place your coconut oil and chocolate chips. or you can do it in a saucepan over low simmering water.

  3. Check and Stir every 30 sec.until completely smooth.

  4. One at a time uses your skewer or toothpicks in the center of one strawberry or whatever your dipping and dip in the chocolate and twirl around to coat.

  5. Lay them gently on your lined baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper.

  6. Let them stand for 10 minutes to harden a bit or place in the refrigerator.

Serve and enjoy!

Rule tip: before you let them harden up this is a great time to add some extra's Sprinkle on any toppings of your choice and then let them set.

Don't just limit your here, try new things to dip, fruit, sugarless cookies, whatever really.

I would love to see or hear what you have come up with.

leave me a comment or drop in on our Facebook page.

Until next time,

Keep Ruling
